Superbowl XLII, Wembley + Lucy

Tonight is Superbowl XLII in Arizona where the Unbeaten New England Patriots take on the New York Giants. History could well be in the making for the Pats as no team has ever gone 19-0 in a single season.
After watching the Giants beat my Miami Dolphins at Wembley in October i was convinced they were not a Superbowl contender but Eli and co have proved many people wrong including myself. Eli is trying to emulate big brother Peyton in winning a Superbowl Ring after he took the Colts to win in Miami last year (How proud must Dad Archie be ;)
I personally feel the Pats will be too strong through the air and Brady will find his receivers all to often.
For the improving Giants to win i feel Brandon Jacobs will have to have a BIG game, carrying the ball over 20 times during the match and keep pounding away at the Pats D to set up the pass for Eli and in particular Plexico Burress who is their Big time Receiver.
The Pats however have looked in a different League to all this season dominating most matches with ease (Baltimore and Indy asides)
The pick up of Moss and Welker pre-season was massive and Brady has had fun all season throwing to those most gifted receivers which culminated in Brady breaking the most TD passes record for a single season.
In short the spread of 12-13 points on the Hcap for the Pats is big enough for any game never mind a Superbowl to cover as anything can happen in a one off matchup so i will be not playing on that line. In all of the Pats Superbowl wins they have won each of those games by 3 points !!!!
I am sure the Pats will take any victory so they can have their perfect season and join the 1972 Dolphins as Undefeated (Miami 17-0, only 14 regular season games)

My picks for tonight are :-

First TD - W.Welker (Pats) + P.Burress (NY) Got to have one from each team ;)
First Time Out - NY Giants , in my eyes Bet of the match
Fieldgoal missed - Yes , Tynes will see to that
HT/FT - NE Pats/NE Pats (4/7 ish on Bfair)

GL on your picks whatever they are :)

During the run up to Superbowl XLII it has been announced that Wembley will stage another Regular Season Game with the New Orleans Saints 'Hosting' the San Diego Chargers on Sunday 26th October.
